Responsibilities
- Communicating with lawyers, vendors and clients, and often connecting those parties with one another;
- Managing schedules (calendaring), and alerting the lawyers of upcoming events and deadlines;
- Litigation support including some paralegal and administrative tasks (printing, scanning, copying, uploading);
- Creating, editing, and distributing various documents to appropriate parties, both in and outside the firm;
- Procuring suitable vendors and supplies, ensuring that the multitude of office needs are met;
- Maintaining sensitive client and firm information through CRM (Clio) and other software;
- Administering client billing, and working closely with accountants to maintain the Firm’s finances;
- Creating, packaging, shipping, and tracking outgoing mail; reviewing and distributing incoming mail; and
- HR responsibilities including Payroll, Insurance Enrollments, Benefits.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
