What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Confidential?
Shelby County law firm with a specialization of civil defense litigation in search of a litigation paralegal. The job position will include conducting legal research, assisting with case management, drafting legal documents/correspondence/pleadings/briefs, preparing discovery responses, and any other duty necessary to further assist the office case load.
Prior experience as a paralegal is required. The preferred candidate will also have strong typing/computer skills, organization, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Pay will vary depending on candidate's experience. Benefits include a 401(k), flexible schedule, holidays, and paid time off.
