What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Confidential?
Established multifamily community in the NOLA region has an immediate need for an industry experienced Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties:
- Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports on any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Requirements:
- 2 years of industry maintenance experience
- 1 years supervisory experience preferred
- MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
