Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and driven General Manager to lead our growing home services business. The ideal candidate will excel in building and improving systems, streamlining operations, and scaling a company for future growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across multiple departments—including field crews, installers, technicians, plumbers, office staff, carpenters, masons, and sales teams—ensuring alignment and efficiency at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Systems Development: Build and implement systems and processes to optimize workflows, improve accountability, and support company growth.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with diverse teams including field crews, installers, techs, plumbers, carpenters, masons, office staff, and sales reps to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale the company, improve operations, and increase profitability.
- Project Management: Oversee scheduling, job tracking, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and work toward achieving revenue and margin goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing feedback promptly and improving service quality.
- Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop team members to create a high-performing and cohesive workforce.

Experience
- 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role within home services, construction, trades, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success in building systems, scaling operations, and managing multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with an ability to improve workflows and processes.
- Experience working with diverse teams, including field crews, technicians, tradespeople, and office staff.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and KPI analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to unify teams and drive results.
- Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, or scheduling software is a plus.
