MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Multi-Family Residence

JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing Associate will support the marketing efforts of a multi-family residence community. This role involves assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, managing digital and print campaigns, coordinating events, and fostering brand awareness to attract and retain residents. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the property and its amenities.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage property’s social media accounts and content calendar.
- Maintain and update the property website, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and remarketing.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and execute events to showcase the property to prospective and current residents.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Assist with organizing promotional events.
Resident Communication
- Collaborate with the property management team to craft resident newsletters and updates.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
Brand Development
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the property’s brand identity.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the property's market positioning.
Market Research
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from residents and prospects to inform marketing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, high-end goods, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills are essential for managing tasks, prioritizing effectively, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to maintain branding standards.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and property management software is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
