About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Survey Project Manager to lead and expand our Land Surveying Division! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage projects from start to finish while mentoring a team of professionals.
You’ll oversee every stage of the surveying process—from crafting proposals to delivering high-quality final survey products. With projects ranging from Existing Conditions Surveys to ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and Construction Layouts, you'll work with a diverse clientele and play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional team within a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Survey Project Manager, you will:
- Lead, manage, and grow the Land Surveying Division.
- Supervise daily operations, including proposal writing, project execution, and final submissions.
- Oversee a variety of projects, such as Existing Conditions Surveys, Boundary Determination Plans, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Certified Plot Plans, and Construction Layouts.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to deliver top-tier work for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Engage in business development opportunities alongside leadership to expand our services.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
We are seeking someone who embodies these characteristics:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Goal-Oriented: You’re driven by the challenge of building and managing a skilled survey team.
- Detail-Focused: Planning workloads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines come naturally to you.
- Technologically Skilled: Proficiency in AutoCAD with Civil 3D or Carlson software is essential.
- Self-Motivated: You’re enthusiastic, hardworking, and excel in communication and client engagement.
- Licensed Driver: A valid Driver’s License is required for this role.
