We are excited to continue our growth trajectory and are looking for an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and expand our Land Surveying Division! This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on managing projects from start to finish while building and mentoring a skilled team.
The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of daily land surveying operations - from proposals to the delivery of final survey products for our diverse clientele. These include Existing Conditions Surveys , Boundary Determination Plans , LTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys , s-Built Plans , Certified Plot Plans , and Construction Layouts .

Key Responsibilities
The Survey Project Manager will :
- Lead, manage, and grow the Land Surveying Division.
- Handle day-to-day operations, from proposal writing to delivering completed survey products.
- Supervise a range of projects, including Existing Conditions Surveys, Boundary Determination Plans, ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys, Certified Plot Plans, and construction layout.
- Build and mentor a dynamic team of professionals to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate regularly with clients, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
