Responsibilities

- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage leasing processes including upselling available units and negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance issues for upper management review.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services while managing budgets effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks including leasing agreements and tenant communications.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using office software for documentation and reporting purposes.
