What you bring: We are seeking a motivated and polished National Recruiter with a passion for talent engagement and a knack for building robust candidate pipelines. This role offers the opportunity allowing flexibility and autonomy in connecting with candidates across various industries. Ideal candidates will have 2 plus years of recruiting experience, with exposure to full desk operations including both recruiting and sales aspects. While experience in a full desk role is desirable, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates in appropriate roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs, refine search criteria, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of recruiting activities to ensure a transparent and compliant recruitment process.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Experience in sales and client relationship management is preferred but not essential.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus a lucrative commission structure.
- This position offers a six-figure earning potential based on performance.
