What are the responsibilities and job description for the NEW VEHICLE DEALERSHIP BILLER/DMV PERSON BILLER/DMV PERSON position at Confidential?
One of Fairfield Counties most progressive import dealerships needs a BILLER/DMV Person.
Simply put, you will bill out deals from sales manager’s deal sheet, print and/or collect from salesperson the list of documents required for a complete deal jacket.
Please read the following Job Tasks:
Sales Manager delivers the Deal to your desk to be broken down. This Includes:
· Making any necessary copies for contracts that need to be sent to the bank
· Scan any credit union deals to the bank
· Pull the DMV paperwork, process, and send to partnering unit for DMV processing before the necessary deadline
· Trades entered into Verifi
· Check deal for deposit or COD.
· Follow up on all used vehicle titles after payoff. Call bank if necessary.
· Maintain organized book of used titles.
· Bill out all wholesale sales and dealer swaps.
· Maintain police book of all inventory by stock number.
· Maintain inventory files for all new vehicle with factory invoice and used vehicles files.
· Send and monitor out of state registrations.
· Prepare documents for scanning service when month is complete.
· Submit and follow up on Manufacturer incentives spreadsheet.
· Stock in new vehicles for vehicle management and accounting.
· Maintain list of dealer plates.
· Order and maintain supply of Connecticut license plates.
· Maintain driver cards.
