What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/Receptionist position at Confidential?

We are looking for a top-notch, Office Administrator for the Corporate Office – supporting Accounting/ Finance/ Business Development and the Human Resources Department teams in executing various projects and communications to clients, prospects, and employees. As well as directs phone calls and backs up other offices for client communications.

Some of the essential activities of this very visible role:

1. Coordinating with human resources acts as the focal point of employee communication programs, flyers, and other communication devices.

2. Active participation in Brightkey community relations and events by active participation to build employee awareness and social responsibility.

3. Works in conjunction with the Facility Security Officer to administer clearances and facilitate candidates' through the security screening process.

4. Works with recruiting to maintain the applicant flow logs with EEO data on candidates. Summarizes on a monthly or by job basis.

5. Provides administrative support to corporate functions, sits at the front desk, and acts as the first point of contact with outside visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Preference will be given to those with a graphic background.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
