Must be based in South Florida, as occasional in-person support will be needed in an otherwise remote role.
Your Key Responsibilities
Business Administration
- Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and track business-related tasks for the founder across multiple ventures.
- Calendar Coordination: Optimize and manage the founder’s calendar for maximum efficiency.
- Travel Logistics: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and transportation needs.
- Family Office Support: Handle personal tasks related to health, finances, and estate management.
- Light Bookkeeping: Manage expenses, track budgets, process returns, oversee Amex accounts, and handle finances for both business and personal matters.
Digital Management
- CRM & Account Oversight: Maintain and organize digital accounts, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible.
- Digital Asset Organization: Create a centralized hub for all personal and professional digital resources.
- SEO & Digital Footprint Management: Track press mentions, support SEO efforts, and maintain a strong online presence for the company.
- Software & Tools Management: Oversee SaaS subscriptions, naming conventions, and service tools.
- File & Email Management: Ensure file structures are intuitive, emails are managed efficiently, and account naming conventions are consistent.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for service providers, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Tech Utilization: Use Apple products and other digital tools to streamline data management, organization, and communication.
