International machine manufacturer and manufacturers rep has an immediate opening for an office Manager/Bookkeeper. In this position you will perform billing, A/P, A/R, Cash receipts, P/R, H/R to include employee benefits administration, audit & reimburse expense reports, calculate commissions due on machine sales, import & export machines to foreign countries as well as within the US, and other miscellaneous office duties.
Experience with Quick Books and ADP payroll or similar systems. Excel, Word & Outlook skills helpful.
