Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring successful integration into the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company’s values and culture.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, covering the company’s mission, vision, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
- Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other required documentation.
- Monitor new employees' progress and integration, identifying challenges and providing support when needed.
- Assist new hires with IT setup and other logistical needs.
Requirements:
- A few years of office administrative experience
- Someone who picks up on things quickly
- Good computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
