Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring successful integration into the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company’s values and culture.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, covering the company’s mission, vision, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other required documentation.
  • Monitor new employees' progress and integration, identifying challenges and providing support when needed.
  • Assist new hires with IT setup and other logistical needs.

Requirements:

  • A few years of office administrative experience
  • Someone who picks up on things quickly
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
