Our client company, a successful and well-established distributor of specialty outdoors architectural equipment and products, is looking to hire an Outside Sales Executive for its south-eastern PA territory centered around Philadelphia. The Outside Sales Exec will be responsible for working the assigned territory by cold calling and visiting prospective clients and accounts as well as existing accounts to further grow the sales pipeline. This role is directly responsible for closing new deals and growing the company's business in the region. Our client company is well-respected in their industry and has a good quality name and reputation with a very low turnover rate. Primary responsibilities include:
- Growing the company's business by creating new contracts and deals with clients which include landscape architects, parks & recreation departments, school boards, and more;
- Maintaining existing accounts and further growing those accounts;
- Coordinating with the company's engineering and design department to explain what each individual customer's project entails;
- Keeping in touch with customers during installation projects and ensuring the project goes according to what the customer wants;
- Updating the company's Salesforce data on any given project;
- Traveling the territory which goes up north to the state line. Most of the business will be around the greater Philly area.
