We’re searching for a highly qualified Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of the Board and his immediate family. This is a demanding yet rewarding role and an opportunity to support a unique Individual.
This is an unstructured position that will work alongside household staff and the family office. This is a full-time role; however, hours could increase substantially when the Chairman is engaged in special projects. Expect to travel weekly. The role is based in Milwaukee, although part of the year will be spent in Greece & accommodations will be provided.
Responsibilities
Household Management
- Maintaining the daily household schedule, making appointments, adjusting as needed & coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Maintaining an inventory of household supplies and sourcing information for an approved product list.
- Running errands like grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pharmacy pickups, as well as personal shopping and gift purchasing.
- Liaising and scheduling with service providers for general household needs and services.
- Managing shipping and receiving at multiple households.
- Organizing & tiding up in shared spaces
Administrative Support
- Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings and movements, both business and personal.
- As needed, attend meetings, take notes, and attend to follow-up items.
- Recording and maintaining various files and accounts.
- Acting as a gatekeeper, handling and responding to incoming correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
- Coordinating paperwork, signatory obligations, and authorizations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the family office CEO, maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
- Researching and managing various projects.
Travel
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including securing passports and visas. Manage travel logistics and hotel accommodations.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting plans and handling unexpected situations during travel.
- Assist with packing and ensuring all personal items are accounted for.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience supporting entrepreneurial, HNWI, or C-suite executives where you have provided personal assistant duties.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, professional, and reliable.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
