What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Branch Manager position at Confidential?
We are looking for our next Branch Manager as we expand.
You will be the main point of contact for this specific region and be the source for information to upper management and Regional management teams. You will be responsible for service results of your team, direction of the activity of all personnel, most importantly, but not limited to - training, development, and motivation.
We are looking for someone that would like to help build this branch into a powerhouse of great customer service and technical skill. This position puts you in the driver’s seat to help grow the branch by contributing directly to the continued success of our family owned, customer focused company.
As a successful Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining communication between sales and service personnel, our Customer Support Specialists, and our customers. Our Branch Manager in Training will be on a development program track to become a Branch Manager within one year.
RESPONSIBILITIES

· Must be able to work in the field. Perform commercial and residential pest control services inside and outside the home.
· Have an expert knowledge of chemicals, supplies, pest control techniques, services, and policies.
· Directly provide and oversee initial training and continued coaching sessions to ensure proper licensing, to develop qualified service personnel.
· Confirm employees have all the tools necessary to perform their jobs satisfactorily.
· Manage and direct exceptional performance of the service technician department, to achieve all customer service goals.
· Ensure technicians exceed expectations through Quality Control Checks – both quality of service and customer service provided.
· Evaluate performances and administer disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.
· Control and distribute inventory of supplies, product, vehicles, etc.
· Completely and accurately submit all paperwork, documentation, and customer payments in a timely manner.
· Work directly with Customer Support Staff who will manage customer calls and accounts to ensure they are serviced, scheduled, and paid.

· Possess good judgment, integrity, and a positive demeanor.

· Previous successful management experience with strong leadership skills imperative.
· Skilled in multi-tasking and organization.
· Excellent time, project, and people management skills.
· Basic computer, email, and word processing skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
