JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the clinic's overall operations to include budget development, clinical operations and employee management. Assists in the development of clinic strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the organization, operational and business activities.
- Supports the application of operating procedures and communicates with management to ensure understanding and compliance with policies/procedures.
- Manages the selection and placement of new employees, performance evaluations and corrective actions in relation to company policies and procedures
- Interprets and communicates policies/procedures and communicates relevant changes.
- Develops and manages operating budgets, funding activities and monitors cost variances.
- Responsible for overall clinic financial and operational goals.
- Responsible for staff key performance indicator accomplishments on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identifies and leads key clinic cost management initiatives to achieve quantified results.
- Develops strong understanding and co-leads the direction/monitoring of the revenue cycle for the clinic.
- Manages operational areas and identifies and drives improvement opportunities in key areas including, patient access, patient experience, service line cost management, quality management, employee engagement and other department functions that support the overall institute performance.
- Implements strategic initiatives within the department including institute growth strategies, new practice acquisitions and marketing plans.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly performance appraisals for staff at the clinic.
- Meet with senior leadership to review goals, objectives and company accomplishments.
- Overall responsibility for the complete operation of the clinic in consultation with senior leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to coaching and guiding employee performance in direct correlation with clinic goals, objectives and company guidance.
- Bilingual Spanish (PREFERRED)
- Fee for Service Sales Experience a PLUS
- Patient Treatment Coordinator Experience a PLUS
- Experience in the medical field a PLUS
- 3 years of administrative/supervisor/managerial experience (REQUIRED)
