Job Description
As a Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations in our busy beachside clinic. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing both clinical and administrative staff, ensuring full compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, and maintaining a seamless and high-quality patient experience. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to elevate care delivery while implementing new clinic policies and process improvements.
You will also oversee clinic budgets, track expenses, and manage procurement to ensure financial efficiency. In addition, you will handle escalated patient concerns, lead satisfaction initiatives, and analyze clinic performance metrics to present to leadership. Strong relationships with payers, vendors, and external partners will be key to your success, as well as ensuring health and safety standards are met to uphold a clean and compliant clinical environment.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- 3 years of clinical leadership or management experience in outpatient care
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems, insurance processes, and healthcare operations
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on, adaptable approach
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
