Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
Experience managing and leading teams in customer service centered industries is critical
Must speak English; bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Directors and Staff Credentials for Child Care Center Director as required by ELC and DCF
45 hours DCF Requirements
People, customer service, and sales skills are necessary
