Job Description
When you join our team as a Preschool Director you will:
- Hire, develop and train Teachers
- Create positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and company partners
- Ensure presence in the community, growth of new families and children in your school
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least three years of leadership experience
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with families and team members
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements
- Must meet state specific education and experience requirements of Child Care Directors in this state
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
