LaPorte area manufacturer needs experienced shift supervisors that can serve as a team leader to foster safety, quality training and productivity.
Essential functions include, an understanding of basic software applications, monitoring and ensuring the proper completion of all documentation, administering compliance to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to EH&S, Quality, and the Employee Guidebook.
Major Job Responsibilities include, ensuring that a safe environment is always maintained, particularly LOTO procedures, promoting adherence to product specifications and process instructions while obtaining company production goals.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma-BS in Engineering or equivalent preferred or two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with openings currently available on all shifts.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Bonus
