Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management and estimating will contribute to the success of our projects. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
Duties:
Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to assess project scope, identify potential challenges, and monitor construction progress
Collaborate with our team, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Experience using bidding software to assist in estimating processes
Create detailed take-offs and quantity surveys
Develop comprehensive bid proposals and submit them within designated timelines
Develop project schedules and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the construction process
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary
