Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in.

* General maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus but not required.

* Have own basic tools

Pay $19.00-$22.00 per hour DOE/ Non Exempt (Hourly) Monthly Commissions
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year Preferred
- HVAC Certification Preferred
- General Handyman knowledge, willingness to learn and positive attitude;
