Purchasing Agent

• Strong communication skills: Effective communication with internal departments & external suppliers

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions: Analyze requests to identify necessary goods
• Issue purchase orders: Create official documents to place orders with selected suppliers
• Manage inventory levels: Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking
• Cost analysis: Evaluate supplier pricing & identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain supplier relationships: Build & manage positive relationships with key suppliers

Job Type: In office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $24 - $25/hour including bonuses but negotiable depending on experience
