- Run local errands and assist with off-site tasks as needed.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents or reports.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Follow security protocols, including managing visitor logs and issuing access badges.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and professional correspondence.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
