Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including faxes and packages and distribute to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in an office environment is advantageous.
- General computer literacy is essential.
