Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our large portfolio of properties within the LIHTC space . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational and financial success of multiple properties within a designated region. In addition to having LIHTC experience, candidates must have experience managing multiple (10 ) properties and be willing to travel daily within your region.
Duties
- Implement and maintain property management strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Oversee leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, laws, and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site property managers and staff
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and curb appeal
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasting for each property
- Handle escalated tenant issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with corporate teams on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of property management practices within multi-family including proficiency in property management software.
- Must have experience in Affordable Housing, specifically LIHTC
- Proven experience with direct supervisory responsibilities leading teams, mentoring, training, hiring, coaching and terminating.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience in file management, facilities management, and overseeing property operations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
