We are a mid-size seasonal resort in Branson, Mo looking for a friendly individual who is self-motivated, can multi-task, have pride in their surroundings and work with off-site management teams as our Property Manager. The perfect candidate will have experience working with STR booking online platforms and enjoy working with guests in a professional manner.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support other Management and help monitor activities of all employees to ensure schedules are being met.
• Act as high-level on-site Management, dealing with any complaints, problem solving, special requests, disturbances or any other issues that might arise from guests, vendors and/or other employees
• Assist with guest calls
• Daily monitoring of online STR booking platforms messages, requests, reservations etc.
• Daily monitoring of guest arrivals and departures; informing Front Office personnel of any special accommodations or requests that need immediate attention
• Daily processing of guest payments, deposits, boat rentals and other purchases and notifying off-site management of any issues
• Ensure proper inspections of units are carried out in a timely manner and work closely with other teams on any issues
• Maintain inventory of all unit essentials, maintenance equipment, market and office supplies and communicate with off-site management on a timely basis as what is needed
• Work closely with vendors, team members and management to improve guest relations and guest retainment
• Maintain and ensure implementation of resort maintenance as required. Ensure to meet DNR requirements
• Be responsible for the overall look, safety and cleanliness of the resort

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,746.38 - $45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Branson, MO 65616: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
