Responsibilities :
- Analyze construction documents, specifications, and plans to understand project scope.
- Assess bid documents to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during proposal development.
- Present proposals and estimates to management and stakeholders.
- Support project transitions from estimating to engineering, fabrication, and construction.
- Identify and engage qualified subcontractors and vendors for estimates.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Utilize historical data to inform future proposals and estimates.
