The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join our team. This is a critical role offering the opportunity to address complex challenges, design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will work closely with leadership to optimize various GTM functions, provide data-driven insights, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying and solving key operational challenges.
- Support in managing forecasting cadences and sales planning activities.
- Assist with account enrichment, market segmentation, territory mapping, capacity planning, and designing sales compensation plans.
- Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance, forecasting, and funnel management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build infrastructure supporting new GTM motions and channels.
- Provide actionable insights on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
- Lead GTM experimentation, driving innovation and optimization.

- 6 years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations or Management Consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Power user of Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and familiarity with other sales productivity tools.
- Experience designing and managing GTM processes in complex organizations.
- Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
- Proven ability to fine-tune processes, analyze data, and present actionable insights.
- Experience in sales planning activities such as target market analysis, territory mapping, capacity planning, and quota allocation.
