What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Technical Recruiter position at Confidential?
We seek independent Senior Recruiters to help recruit on engineering-related searches across the United States. Over the next year, we will have many engineering searches ranging from Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Design, Automation, and Metallurgical Engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 5 years of experience recruiting engineers in the United States
- Ability to communicate with engineers and interview them for positions
- Ability to work independently to source, screen, and present candidates
- Must be open to working as a 1099 independent consultant
- Must be very professional, high character and able to communicate well
ADDITIONAL:
We are not seeking partnerships with offshore companies or individuals to work with us. This is a commission-only role.
