Service Writer/Advisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Service process from start to finish.
- Work with customers, parts personnel and technicians to ensure a smooth process.
- Communicate with customer on vehicle status.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Service Writer/Advisor Qualifications
- Current Drivers License.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to start ASAP preferred!
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Professional appearance is a MUST
- Strong work ethic
- Great communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
