Shipping/Inventory/Stock Manager for E-Commerce

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented shipping/inventory person. The candidate will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, storage, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized inventory records.

Essential Responsibilities

· Manage daily shipping operations, including processing incoming and outgoing shipments

· Oversee inventory management system and maintain accurate stock levels

· Coordinate with carriers (i.e. USPS, FedEx) to ensure timely deliveries

· Implement and maintain organized storage systems for optimal warehouse efficiency and track inventory

· Process and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders

· Prepare outgoing shipments with appropriate packaging and labeling

· Maintain detailed records of all shipping and inventory activities

· Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations

· Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

· Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

· Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)

· Basic mathematical skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

· Good communication skills to coordinate with team members

· Friendly disposition

· Flexibility

· Accept background check

Preferred Qualifications

· Warehouse or inventory management experience

· Familiarity with shipping platforms and carrier requirements

· Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,350.00 - $78,000.00 per year
