Shipping / Receiving Clerk with Warehouse / Inventory Control Experience
Duties
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving
- Pull and process outgoing orders via LTL and small package
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and or finished goods
- Receive box shipments from returns
- Control movement of inventory
- Staging and loading of outbound shipments
- Ensure daily shipments meet required Agreements with courier service
- Perform cycle counts and month end inventory
- Manage and maintain all raw material levels replenishing when necessary
- Establish weekly production schedule based on sales demand and inventory levels
- Order and maintain inventory of warehouse, production, shipping and other supplies
- Oversee the maintenance of all production equipment in good working order, schedule preventative maintenance as needed
- Maintains organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse
- Will be cross trained in other production functions
Skills, Experience, and Education
- Minimum 2-year degree required
- 1-2 years FedEx Ship Manger, and UPS WorldShip software experience
- Excel, Word, Outlook, & QuickBooks
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong typing skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Qualifications/Knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with moderate to high frequency on a daily basis
- Ability to stand, remain seated, bend and or stoop, for a long period of time
- Process domestic and international orders using UPS, FedEx
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be okay with working in cold and warm environments throughout the warehouse
- Always maintain a disciplined work ethic and follow ALL safety and policy procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check after 90-day trial period
Location: Canby, Oregon
Compensation: $22-$26 DOE, Benefits after 90 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
