Responsibilities :
- The Shop Manager serves as the key vendor partner.
- The Shop Manager is responsible for the cultivation of the business and brand including customer experience and product presentation.
- The Shop Manager will leverage and influence central partners and store-line leadership teams to support the development and execution of these plans, in addition to working closely with all brand partners.
- The Shop Manager will partner with the Visual Merchandising team ensuring all standards are maintained and that the brand image is elevated.
- Effectively partner with Operations leadership to manage store-controlled elements of profit and loss.
- Analyze data and ground intelligence to Identify and capitalize on key business opportunities.
- Cultivate a customer centric team culture
- Execute strategies with appropriate advocacy and localization for the store customer
- Effectively communicate priorities and business-driving information to ensure leadership is aligned and equipped to maximize opportunities
