What we want from you:
- A proven ability to flex strategic sales planning and strategy skills to conceptualize, implement, and position a sales plan to optimize internal procedures and external outcomes (i.e., volume and margin delivery)
- Related work experience, including management and leadership experience with setting targets and coaching manager-level team members across a large global team
- Excellent knowledge of sales principles and best practices spanning across inside sales, business development, partnerships, and customer service
- Ability to build and leverage relationships with marketing, finance, people, and commercial team members
- Impactful and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally
