We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator.
The Staffing Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
- Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly.
- Work with staffing agencies as needed.
- Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
- Complete and post worksheets/time schedules.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Assist with timekeeping.
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
- Ensure that the facility always has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care.
A successful Staffing Coordinator has the following:
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- At least a year as a Staffing Coordinator in a previous healthcare facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
