Self-Storage seeking a permanent full time resident manager. This role requires someone who is attentive to detail and able to work in a professional manner. Position requires a dependable individual able to work unsupervised. Candidate seeking growth potential and long-term position.
Key responsibilities:
-Daily Operations
-Customer Service and Sales
-Leasing Storage units
-Processing payments while ensuring accurate posting
-Reconciliation of cash at closing the end of each shift
-Collection calls
-Marketing
Requirements:
-AA or BA preferred. 2 years management required.
-Storage experience not needed, willing to train the right person
-Strong customer service/people skills
-Computer skills
-Must be willing to do intermittent outside duties
-Reliable transportation
-Bilingual a plus
-Able to provide 2 professional references
Permanent Full Time Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 am-5:30 pm. 24 hours on site
