Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax filings and ensure timely compliance with all tax obligations.
- Interpret financial reports for management, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter who can learn and own the job.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to learn and use QuickBooks and other financial services tools is necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
