About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. In this exciting role, you will take charge of national recruitment efforts for a range of positions at various levels, covering roles such as P&C Account Managers, Marketing, Accounting, Underwriting, Claims, IT, In-house Sales, and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Your expertise will be instrumental in managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline with a focus on filling up to 30 full-time positions across the country.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic understanding of the insurance industry and its unique talent requirements. You should be proficient in leveraging advanced passive sourcing techniques, particularly on LinkedIn, within a fast-paced recruitment setting.
Key Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT, insurance, inside sales, or marketing sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency with the Workday applicant tracking system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A polished, professional interviewing presence and a strong brand ambassador for the company.
This is a fully remote position, and applicants must be located on the East Coast, with the flexibility to work the required hours.
