## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing for our clients. This will be a hybrid position with some time spent in office and some work from home options as well. Travel will be within the Orlando area.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire escrow process from opening to closing
- Review and understand real estate contracts and lender instructions
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary documents
- Prepare settlement statements and ensure accuracy of all figures
- Conduct escrow signings with clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-Attend weekly meetings within the real estate offices
## Skills
- Proficiency in ALTA guidelines and title processing procedures
- Knowledge of basic math
- Strong understanding of escrow principles and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have Florida Escrow Officer license or be willing to obtain one
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the title/escrow field
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with escrow software systems (Proficiency in Qualia a plus)
