What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Insurance Examiner position at Confidential?
Employee focused, title company, is looking for an experienced Title Examiner. As an examiner, you will be asked to review and examine both residential and commercial transactions, seller documents, survey endorsements and clear lender review requirements. Role calls for heavy interaction with clients and fellow employees. Ideal candidate will also have knowledge or experience in post-closing; funding and or processing roles and departments.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have a complete understanding of the title insurance process. A positive, team orientated attitude is a must. Ability to come into an office environment is preferred, but we will consider remote candidates as well. *Must be located in New jersey*
