Play a crucial role in maintaining Warehouse compliance, efficiency, and best practicesExecute strategic and operational objectives established by the CFODevelop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve cost-saving goalsOversee all operational activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to standardsDevelop and execute strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer serviceOptimize the entire order cycle, from procurement to deliveryLiaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate terms and ensure seamless operationsMonitor stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiencyArrange warehouse layout, goods cataloging, route planning, and shipment processingEstablish and maintain performance metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards, including ISO requirementsManage the office budget and monitor expendituresLead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain high performance levelsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A WAREHOUSE MANAGER LIKE YOU?
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field REQUIRED; Advanced Degree (MHA or MBA) PREFERREDProven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role with 3-5 years of team supervision PREFERREDStrong Project Management skills and a track record of successful execution
Proficiency in Organizational Effectiveness, Operations Management, Budgeting, and ForecastingKnowledge of business and financial principles
