About us
A renown personal injury trial firm specializing in high-exposure cases, is opening its first Arizona office and looking for one Workers Compensation Attorney and one Civil Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney to open up the office. An award-winning trial attorney, leads the firm.
Duties:
- work and take instruction from partners of firm
- Administrate the workers compensation claims of catastrophically injured victims from start to finish.
- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
