Workforce Administration Coordinator
Location: Thurmont, MD

Salary Range: $47,000 - $57,000 per year

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Workforce Administration Coordinator to join their team in Thurmont, MD. In this position, you will manage accounts payable, support administrative functions, and ensure smooth operations within the workforce administration team. Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, including Purchase Order (PO) matching, coding, and data entry.
- Enter, transmit, and track POs and manage open PO processing in the inventory control system.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounts payable by working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Handle weekly and monthly billing for rough and trim packages.
- Create, track, and update production Maintenance Repair Orders (MROs).
- Facilitate new employee orientations and process payroll and benefits paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and supporting other departments.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee awards, and other plant administrative activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience and a minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Experience handling confidential information.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Two years of administrative experience.
- One year of accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
