We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee and support various projects within our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, ideally with exposure to retail, CPG and or Amazon's fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role involves handling project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of small to medium-sized projects with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Reports to

Vice President – Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Coordination : Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of light projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to maintain clear communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Timely Delivery : Ensure that projects are completed within set timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks or roadblocks in the project lifecycle and work proactively to address them.
• Reporting and Documentation : Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management. Prepare detailed reports and documentation as needed.
• Resource Management : Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring the optimal use of available tools and personnel.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and practices based on lessons learned.

This is primarily a remote position but may be asked to visit our San Diego Warehouse / Office from time to time. The work environment is indoors in a space that is temperature controlled Little to no exposure to hazardous materials. The noise level is considered minimal. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

Travel Minimal travel is required but possible if necessary.
