Conflict Resolution Training is a Continuing Education, Talent Development and Organizational Training Company that provides mediation, conflict resolution, and related training programs to schools, licensed professionals, university graduate programs, governmental entities and business organizations. We also license our programs to individuals and organizations interested in teaching our established programs to others. We have been offering training opportunities to many different types of organizations for several years, and licensing opportunities only recently, but all with great success. We are now poised to scale our product offerings throughout the United States and abroad.

Role Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to find immediate opportunities and gateways to accelerate the growth of our organization using several educational and licensing products.


Our Growth Marketer will work directly with our CEO/CMO in rapidly identifying revenue generating opportunities, and developing plans for execution of marketing campaigns based upon those identified opportunities. The success of our Growth Marketer will require commitment, motivation, resilience and a competitive attitude, all of which will be rewarded with an opportunity to share in revenue driven from their efforts, on top of a competitive salary!

Qualifications

You must be a quick study who can rapidly learn and understand CRT's business - its products, business model and growth plans. You'll need to bring energy, creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as stellar communication talent to this role. You will be required to demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing methodologies and channels, especially SEO/SEM, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing (including email marketing, social media marketing and paid advertising) Performance Marketing, Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing.


You must have:

  • expertise in growth marketing strategies and tactics, preferably with a hacker mentality, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to drive revenue and growth
  • expertise in conversion optimization techniques
  • the ability to identify and quickly act upon trends based upon customer insights, user experience data and market factors
  • the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation tools
  • superior written and oral communication skills, including web, social, presentations, and research, demonstrated by an ability to create copy that drives action
  • expertise in developing demand-focused content such as appealing educational tips and advice, brochures, and other downloadable assets designed to engage and educate prospects while driving lead generation
  • expertise with SEO/SEM
  • expertise in A/B testing techniques
  • expertise in social media strategy
  • a competitive nature and the motivation to excel
  • a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
  • a results-oriented work philosophy
  • the resourcefulness needed to launch growth marketing initiatives on a limited budget
  • expertise in the use of CRM software
  • strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic and quickly build revenue to support new product initiatives
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Optimize website content for SEO/SEM
  • Develop and manage social media channels to engage with our audiences.
  • Collaborate with CEO/CMO on projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Create compelling content and copy for various platforms, leveraging growth marketing techniques to maximize reach.


Required Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4 years) in growth marketing.

Proficiency with:

  • Google Workspace
  • Zoom Meetings and Webinar Platform
  • Asynchronous Learning Platforms


This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the CEO/CMO with base compensation of $75K-90k commensurate with experience plus bonus and profit sharing compensation.
