Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the employee experience and ensuring HR practices align with our business goals. You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Leading recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Managing bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for Midwest teams.
- Couching managers on performance improvement, career development, and workforce planning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
- Flexibility to travel quarterly to our West Coast locations.
