As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring HR practices align with our business goals. Supporting our Midwest companies-including Atlas-CTI (IL), Larkin (MN), CTI/CTE (Multi-State), and Triangle (IL & MN)-you will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
What You'll Do:
✔️ Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
✔️ Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
✔️ Manage bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for Midwest teams.
✔️ Coach managers on performance improvement, career development, and workforce planning.
✔️ Stay ahead of HR trends, policies, and best practices to keep our teams engaged and informed.
What You Bring:
🔹 Experience: 3-7 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR preferred).
🔹 Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
🔹 Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
🔹 Flexibility: Willingness to travel quarterly to our Midwest locations.
